SIUE Athletics Announces Cougar Champions Classic presented by Xtreme Green

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - When the SIUE athletics department holds its annual golf outing this September at Sunset Hills Country Club, the event will have a different look, feel, and name for the participants and sponsors, as well as a presenting sponsor. Director of Athletics Andrew Gavin announced on Thursday that the Cougar Champions Classic presented by Xtreme Green will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16.

The Cougar Champions Classic presented by Xtreme Green will be a 4-person scramble with a shotgun start at 8 AM. Registration for the outing will be available while spots remain for the first 36 foursomes (144 golfers).
